§ 30-5-481. APPLICABILITY; COMPLIANCE.

This article applies to development in the Barton Springs Zone.

(B)

A person who develops in the Barton Springs Zone must comply with the requirements of:

(1)

this article; and

(2)

Article 13 (Save Our Springs Initiative).
