§ 4-11-27. PERMIT EXPIRATION; RENEWAL.

(A)

A permit issued under this chapter expires one year after the date it is issued.

(B)

A permit holder shall file an application for permit renewal not sooner than the 90th day and not later than the 45th day before the permit expires. An application that is not filed within the described time period is a new application.
