§ 4-11-64. CRIME PREVENTION AND REPORTING.

  • The permit holder, the manager, and the employees of a BYOB venue shall:

    (1)

    take reasonable measures to prevent criminal activity on the premises; and

    (2)

    immediately report to law enforcement personnel all suspected criminal activity on the premises or the surrounding areas that they observe or of which they otherwise become aware.
