Beginning in 2019, the EEO/FHO shall provide an annual report to the council regarding
this Chapter by October 1 of each year. The report shall include, without limitation,
a discussion of the implementation and enforcement of this Chapter, including the
number and nature of violations, specific violations, industries and occupations with
high rates of violations, penalties assessed in the prior year, and the impact on
businesses and employees. The report shall also include recommendations for improvements
to this Chapter.
