§ 4-6-2. OFFENSE AND PENALTY.

(A)

A person commits an offense under this chapter if the person intentionally, knowingly, recklessly, or with criminal negligence violates this chapter.

(B)

An offense under this chapter is a Class C misdemeanor, punishable under Section 1-1-99 ( Offenses; General Penalty ). Each day that a violation occurs or continues is a separate offense.
