§ 4-7-27. CRIMINAL PENALTY.

  • (A)

    A person commits an offense if the person:

    (1)

    Performs an act prohibited by this chapter;

    (2)

    Fails to perform an act required by this chapter; or

    (3)

    Violates a rule adopted under this chapter.

    (B)

    A violation under this Chapter is a criminal offense punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.00.

    (C)

    Proof of a culpable mental state is not required to prove an offense under this chapter.

    (D)

    Each day that a violation occurs or continues is a separate offense.
