§ 4-7-28. CIVIL REMEDIES.

(A)

The city council has determined that this chapter is necessary to protect health, life, and property and to preserve good government, order, and security of the City and its inhabitants.

(B)

The City may file suit to enforce this chapter or enjoin or otherwise cause the abatement of any condition described in this article, as well as for the recovery of all expenses incurred, including without limitation, administrative and legal expenses, attorneys' fees and costs, and for civil penalties as provided by law.

(C)

The City may seek to enjoin violations of this chapter.
