§ 4-8-14. CRIMINAL PENALTY.

(A)

A person commits an offense who intentionally or knowingly violates this chapter, or a rule adopted by the city clerk under this chapter. An offense under this Chapter is a Class C misdemeanor punishable as provided by § 1-1-99 ( Offenses; General Penalty ).

(B)

Each failure to file a report, failure to disclose information required by this chapter, failure to perform a required act, or commission of a prohibited act, is a separate offense.

(C)

Each day that a violation persists is a separate offense.

(D)

The penalties provided for in this section are in addition to any other remedies available under City ordinance or state law.
