Chapter 4-9. RESTRICTIONS ON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. |
§ 4-9-12. PENALTY.
(A)
Unless another penalty is specifically provided, a person who violates this chapter commits an offense punishable under the provisions of Section 1-1-99 ( Offenses; General Penalty ). An offense under this chapter is a Class C misdemeanor.
(B)
A violation of Section 4-9-10 ( Permit Fees and Issuance ) is punishable by a fine of not less than $10 or more than $200.
(C)
A violation of Section 4-9-11 ( Consumption of Alcoholic Beverages in Designated Areas Prohibited ) is punishable by a fine of not less than $1.
