§ 5-3-6. CHARGES.

(A)

A person must file a charge with the Equal Employment/Fair Housing Office not later than the 180th day after the date the violation occurred.

(B)

A charge under this section must be:

(1)

made in writing on the form prescribed by the Equal Employment/Fair Housing Office;

(2)

be sworn to by the charging party; and

(3)

contain the information required by the Equal Employment/Fair Housing Office.
