Chapter 5-5. DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PEOPLE WITH AIDS. |
§ 5-5-6. CITY FACILITIES AND SERVICES.
It shall be an unlawful practice for any person to deny any person the full and equal enjoyment, or to impose different terms and conditions on the availability of:
(A)
The use of any City facility or City service as a result of the fact, in whole or in part, that a person has AIDS or is an HIV-infected individual or is perceived to have AIDS or to be an HIV-infected individual or to be at risk for any of the conditions described above.
(B)
Any service, program or facility wholly or partially funded or otherwise financially supported by the City, as a result of the fact, in whole or in part, that a person has AIDS or is an HIV-infected individual or is perceived to have AIDS or to be an HIV-infected individual or to be at risk for any of the conditions described above.
