§ 5-5-9. DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT TO ADMINISTER.

The director shall have the responsibility of administering and implementing this chapter. The director may delegate his/her authority to investigate and conciliate complaints to other City employees under his/her direction.
