§ 6-2-18. REVOCATION OR SUSPENSION OF PERMIT.

(A)

The director may revoke or suspend a permit if the director determines that the permittee is in violation of this chapter.

(B)

The director may revoke a permit if the director determines that a permittee has willfully released hazardous material.
