§ 6-2-39. APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF STORAGE FACILITY CLOSURE.

(A)

Except as provided in Subsection (B), a permittee shall file an application for approval to close a storage facility with the director not later than the 30th day before the termination of the storage of hazardous materials at the facility.

(B)

The director may waive the 30-day period if the director determines that special circumstances require the waiver.

(C)

If a change to the closure plan on file with the director is necessary, the permittee shall include the change in the application for closure.
