§ 6-2-51. INSPECTION.

(A)

The director may:

(1)

conduct an inspection to determine whether a storage facility complies with this chapter; and

(2)

require a person who is responsible for storage facility to correct a violation of this chapter.

(B)

Conducting an inspection or failing to conduct an inspection does not impose liability for damage to a person or property on the City or a City officer or employee.
