§ 6-2-61. PERMIT APPROVAL.

(A)

The director may not approve a permit for a storage facility unless the director determines that the design, construction, and operation of the facility complies with this article.

(B)

The director may require an applicant to provide the information necessary to make a determination under Subsection (A).
