§ 6-2-71. PENALTY.

(A)

A person commits an offense if the person performs an act prohibited by the chapter or fails to perform an act required by this chapter. An offense under this chapter is a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $2,000.

(B)

Each instance of a violation of this chapter is a separate offense.

(C)

Each day a violation of this chapter continues is separate offense.
