§ 6-3-49. PUBLIC RIGHT TO ABATE NUISANCE.

(A)

If an owner fails to abate a nuisance by the date specified by the urban forester or board, the urban forester may take corrective action to abate the nuisance.

(B)

The City shall assess costs incurred under this section against the owner and as a lien against the property.
