A person who owns or operates a commercial marina or shore facility shall provide
sanitation facilities as required by Chapter 25-2, Subchapter C, Article 13 (
Docks, Bulkheads, and Shoreline Access
).
(B)
Except as provided by this subsection, a person who owns or operates a marina may
discharge waste from fish cleaning, food preparation, or a toilet only into a sanitary
sewer or an approved on-site sewage facility. The owner or operator shall remove chemical
toilet waste from a temporary sanitation facility by using a liquid waste hauler operating
in compliance with Chapter 15-5, Article 2 (
Liquid Waste Haulers
), and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
