§ 6-5-63. COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER APPLICABLE LAWS.

(A)

This article does not supersede a code provision or ordinance relating to cross-connections, safeguards to the water supply, waste traps, or storm sewers or watercourses.

(B)

A person who complies with this article shall also comply with Chapter 26 ( Texas Water Quality Act ) of the Texas Water Code or the requirements of a waste discharge permit, order, rule, or regulation issued by the Texas Commission On Environmental Quality, if any.
