§ 6-5-65. LIABILITY; NUISANCE; INJUNCTION.
(A)
A person who violates this article is liable to the City for an expense, loss, or damage caused by the violation.
(B)
A person who discharges or allows the discharge of waste in violation of this article creates a public nuisance.
(C)
The director or a person who has reasonable cause to believe an ongoing violation of this article exists may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for and may obtain an injunction restraining the violation.
