§ 8-2-7. REVOCATION OF POOL USE PRIVILEGE.
(A)
If a caregiver fails to comply with this chapter, the director may restrict or revoke the caregiver's authority to use a swimming pool for a group activity.
(B)
If the director determines that a caregiver has knowingly violated this chapter, the director shall revoke the caregiver's authority to use a swimming pool for a group activity for at least 30 but not more than 90 days.
(C)
If the director determines that a caregiver has violated this chapter more than once during a 24-month period, the director shall revoke the caregiver's authority for a minimum of one year.
(D)
The director shall deliver written notice of revocation of authority to use a swimming pool for a group activity to the caregiver.
