§ 8-5-45. SLINGS AND WATER CANNONS.

(A)

A person on a watercraft on Lake Austin, Lady Bird Lake, or Lake Long may not possess, use, or assist in the use of a sling, slingshot, water cannon, or other device capable of a propelling a fluid filled balloon or other projectile.

(B)

A person within 150 yards of the shoreline of Lake Austin, Lady Bird Lake, or Lake Long may not use or assist in the use of a sling, slingshot, water cannon, or other similar device to propel a fluid filled balloon or other projectile toward the lake.
