§ 9-4-19. THROWING OBJECT FROM UPPER-STORY PROHIBITED.

A person commits an offense if the person throws a heavy or dangerous article, water or other item from an upper-story window or door of a residence onto a street, sidewalk, alley, or other place where the thrown object is likely to hit another person.
