§ 9-5-25. LABEL AS PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE.

Proof that the label on an aerosol paint or glue container states that the product contains a volatile solvent listed in Section 9-5-21 ( Definition ) is prima facie evidence that the aerosol paint or glue in the container includes the volatile solvent.
