§ 2.2.9. Closure Plan

A.
The closure plan shall describe the procedures that will be taken to terminate the bulk storage of hazardous materials at the facility in the event that:
1.
The site is found to be uncontaminated and no clean up will be required; or
2.
The site has some contamination but can be shown to not require any cleanup; or
3.
The site has significant contamination and remedial action will be required to decontaminate the site.
B.
An updated closure plan is to be submitted 30 days prior to the closure if any provisions of the original closure plan have been changed.
