§ 25-12-261. ENERGY CODE.

(A)

The International Energy Conservation Code, 2015 Edition (2015 International Energy Conservation Code), published by the International Code Council, Inc., is adopted and incorporated by reference into this section with the deletions and amendments in Subsections (B) and (C) and Section 25-12-263 (Local Amendments to the Energy Code).

(B)

The following commercial provisions of the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code are deleted. A subsection contained within a deleted section or subsection is not deleted, unless specifically listed below.
