§ 25-2-162. CAPITOL VIEW CORRIDOR (CVC) OVERLAY DISTRICT PURPOSE.

(A)

The purpose of the Capitol view corridor (CVC) overlay district is to preserve the view of the State Capitol Building by limiting the height of structures located in the capitol view corridors.

(B)

The CVC overlay district applies to all property in the capital view corridors described in Appendix A of this chapter.
