Except as provided in this Subsection (B), the director of the Neighborhood Planning
and Zoning Department may not schedule a zoning or rezoning application for public
hearings before both the Land Use Commission and council in the same week.
(B)
The director of the Neighborhood Planning and Zoning Department may schedule an application
for public hearings before both the Land Use Commission and council in the same week
if the director of the Neighborhood Planning and Zoning Department receives written
support of the application from the staff, the neighborhood organizations, and the
zoning subcommittee of the Land Use Commission.
