§ 25-2-358. NOTICE OF DESIGNATION TO TAX APPRAISAL DISTRICT.

(A)

The historic preservation officer shall file with the county tax appraisal district a:

(1)

copy of an ordinance zoning property as a historic landmark or historic area combining district; and

(2)

notice stating that the council has granted the historic designation.

(B)

The historic preservation officer shall mail a copy of the notice described in Subsection (A)(2) to the notice owner by certified mail.
