§ 25-2-559. URBAN FAMILY RESIDENCE (SF-5) DISTRICT OR TOWNHOUSE AND CONDOMINIUM RESIDENCE (SF-6) DISTRICT RETIREMENT HOUSING USE.
(A)
In an urban family residence (SF-5) or townhouse and condominium residence (SF-6) district, a retirement housing use must comply with the requirements of this section.
(B)
The minimum site area is 10,500 square feet.
(C)
At least 3,500 square feet of site area is required for each dwelling unit.
(D)
Except for a parking space in a driveway, a parking space may not be located in a front street yard.
