§ 25-2-623. AVIATION SERVICES (AV) DISTRICT REGULATIONS.

(A)

For publicly owned land in an aviation services (AV) district, this title does not prescribe site development regulations.

(B)

For privately owned land in an AV district:

(1)

site development regulations are established by the approval of a conditional use site plan; and

(2)

approval of an aviation-related use may not be granted until the owner obtains an airport use operating agreement for the intended activity.
