§ 25-2-649. PLANNED DEVELOPMENT AREA (PDA) APPROVED BEFORE JANUARY 1, 1985.

(A)

A planned development area approved before January 1, 1985, is a PDA combining district and is subject to the regulations in effect on the date of approval.

(B)

The director of the Neighborhood Planning and Zoning Department shall identify the area as a PDA combining district on the zoning map.
