§ 25-2-766.01. CONFLICTS; NONAPPLICABILITY.

(A)

This division supersedes other requirements of Title 25 ( Land Development ) to the extent of conflict.

(B)

This division does not apply to property governed by a development plan approved by a special board of review, as prescribed by Natural Resources Code Sections 31.161 through 31.167.
