§ 25-2-1522. SUBMITTAL AND APPROVAL OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN.

(A)

An applicant must submit the development plan to the director of the Neighborhood Planning and Zoning Department.

(B)

The director of the Neighborhood Planning and Zoning Department shall review the development plan and make a recommendation to the Planning Commission.

(C)

The Planning Commission shall approve the development plan after a determination that the plan meets the requirements of Section 25-2-1523 ( Development Plan Approval Criteria ).

(D)

If the Planning Commission denies the development plan, the commission shall identify the basis of the denial.
