§ 25-3-153. SITE DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR NEIGHBORHOOD EDGE AREA.

The site development regulations for a Neighborhood Edge Area are as follows:

Minimum lot size: 5,750 square feet

Minimum lot width: 50 feet

(3)

Maximum height: 35 feet

(4)

Minimum front setback: 25 feet

(5)

Minimum street side yard setback: 15 feet

(6)

Minimum interior side yard setback: 5 feet

(7)

Minimum rear yard setback: 10 feet

(8)

Maximum building coverage: 55%

(9)

Maximum impervious cover: 65%
