§ 25-5-114. TIME PERIODS FOR DETERMINATION; NOTICE.

(A)

The director shall make a determination under Section 25-5-112 (Director's Approval) and give written notification of the determination to each interested party not later than the deadline established by the director under Section 25-1-82 ( Application Requirements and Expiration ).

(B)

The director shall give notice under Subsection (A) of this section within one business day after a determination is made.

(C)

If the director disapproves a site plan, the director shall notify each interested party of the disapproval. The notice must include the reasons that the site plan does not comply with the requirements of this title. With permission of the interested party, this notice may be provided by electronic mail.
