§ 25-6-611. PARKING REQUIREMENTS FOR A TRANSIT ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.

(A)

Except as provided in Subsection (B), in a transit oriented development (TOD) district the minimum off-street parking requirement is 60 percent of that prescribed by Appendix A ( Tables Of Off-Street Parking And Loading Requirements ).

(B)

The parking requirements prescribed for property zoned central business district (CBD) apply to a downtown TOD district.
