§ 25-8-186. FISCAL SECURITY.

A site plan may be approved only if the applicant provides fiscal security for:
(1)

installing and maintaining erosion and sedimentation controls throughout construction on the site;

(2)

revegetating the site; and

(3)

performing on-site and off-site cleanup.
