§ 30-1-332. NOTICE OF CONFERENCE AND DISTRIBUTION OF PLANS.

(A)

The single office shall provide notice of the conference to the following persons or entities not later than the second day before the conference:

(1)

owner representative;

(2)

consulting engineer;

(3)

contractors;

(4)

affected utilities; and

(5)

appropriate staff.

(B)

Before convening a preconstruction conference, the single office shall distribute approved plans for the development to the persons and entities receiving notice of the conference.
