§ 30-1-113. APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS.

(A)

The single office may propose rules to be adopted by the city and county establishing the requirements for an application.

(B)

The single office may permit an applicant to omit required information from an application that the single office determines is not material to a decision on the application.

(C)

Except as provided in Subsection (B), the single office may not accept an application unless the application is complete and the applicant has paid the required fee.
