§ 30-1-115. PROCESSING CYCLES.

(A)

The single office may establish regular cycles for consideration of applications by city staff, boards, commissions, and the council. The managing officials shall advise the council and commissioners court of the creation or change of a cycle.

(B)

An established cycle supersedes conflicting requirements of this title applicable to the city, except those mandated by state law.
