§ 30-2-101. SUBDIVISION CONSTRUCTION PLAN.

(A)

The single office may release a subdivision construction plan if:

(1)

the single office approves the subdivision construction plan; and

(2)

the applicant posts the required fiscal security with the single office.

(B)

The single office's release of a subdivision construction plan authorizes the applicant to begin development in accordance with the plan.
