§ 30-2-103. CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND CERTIFICATION.

Construction management for a subdivision is governed by Chapter 30-1, Article 10 (Subdivision Construction).

(B)

Issuance of a certificate of compliance for a subdivision is governed by Chapter 30-1, Article 11 (Certificates Of Compliance).
