§ 30-5-303. SUBDIVISION NOTES.

  • (A)

    A preliminary subdivision plan that proposes a single family residential lot on a slope with a gradient of more than 15 percent must include a plan note identifying the lot and describing the requirements of Subsection (B).

    (B)

    A final plat that proposes a single family residential lot on a slope with a gradient of more than 15 percent must include a plat note:

    (1)

    identifying the lot; and

    (2)

    stating the impervious cover and construction requirements for the lot.
