Blasting on property located in the Edwards Aquifer recharge zone is prohibited in
a critical water quality zone or a water quality transition zone, unless the applicant
demonstrates that a feasible alternative does not exist.
(B)
Blasting is prohibited within 300 feet of a critical environmental feature, unless
the applicant demonstrates that a feasible alternative does not exist.
