§ 1802S.10. The Contract Documents

  • The Contract Documents are the Drawings and the Project Manual, that have been prepared by a Licensed Professional Engineer, Registered in the State of Texas and, have been approved by the Owner/Developer for Work for which a Development Permit has been issued.

    The Contract Documents are complementary and what is required by any one of them shall be as binding as if required by all. In case of conflict between any Private Development Contract Documents, priority of interpretation shall be in the following order: Approved Development Permit, the Specifications (1802S.11), the Drawings (1802S.12), and Construction Requirements and Procedures (1802S.16).
