§ 1802S.19. The Superintendent

An English-speaking representative of the Owner/Developer or the Contractor with relevant experience and knowledge of construction work related to the type of infrastructure development authorized by the Development Permit. The superintendent shall supervise and direct the construction and shall be the person authorized to receive and respond to communications from the Director and the Inspector.
