§ 1804S.10. Contractor's License

Persons engaged in construction, reconstruction, alteration, removal, replacement or repair of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, driveways and work incidental to a pedestrian way within the City of Austin streets and alleyways shall be licensed by the Department of Public Works.
