§ 1804S.6. License Agreements

When construction of the development includes retaining walls, landscaping, other privately owned improvements or provisions for future construction of these facilities within the public right-of-way, the Owner/Developer must have secured an executed License Agreement (The City of Austin Code of Ordinances Volume I, Chapter 15-12, Article 1, Division 3) prior to conditional and/or final acceptance of the Work.
